Stephanie has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 18 years, specializing in deep tissue therapy and relaxation techniques. She offers a wide range of treatments including bamboo massage, hot stone therapy, cupping, and both pre- and post-natal massage.

Her journey into massage therapy began as a teenager, when she struggled with tension headaches and discovered firsthand how powerful massage could be in relieving pain and restoring balance. That experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others feel better in their bodies.

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Stephanie combines skill, compassion, and a passion for wellness to create personalized treatments that leave her clients feeling renewed, relaxed, and restored.

TLC Mobile Massage, proud recipient of Home Based Business of the Year 2024, was built from my passion for helping people feel their best. My name is Tiffany, and I am both the Owner and a Registered Massage Therapist.

After graduating from MaKami College’s 3000-hour program in 2018, I dedicated myself to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where clients know they can trust the care they receive.

My approach to massage therapy is rooted in collaboration and compassion. I believe in working alongside other health professionals — from physiotherapists and chiropractors to naturopaths and family doctors — to ensure my clients get the best possible outcomes. Whether it’s easing stress, reducing pain, or supporting recovery, I tailor each treatment to the individual, blending techniques like relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, orthopedic, trigger point therapy, prenatal and postnatal care, hot stone therapy, raindrop massage, and Reiki.

What matters most to me is not just the treatment itself, but the relationship I build with each client. My goal is always to support your well-being, restore balance, and help you live your best life. I’m continually advancing my skills — currently working toward RAPID NeuroFascial Reset certification — to ensure the care I provide remains as effective and up to date as possible.
